System Analyst

Job Description

As Systems Analyst, you will work in a global environment and provide significant individual contribution to the application integration efforts. You will own the responsibilities of business analysis end to end. You will come up with innovative solutions for business problems and will coordinate with the business, development and quality assurance teams to implement them successfully.

Required Qualifications

• Btech/BE /Mtech in Computer Science
  

• Experience with gathering requirements for Software Applications.
  
• Extensive experience writing business requirements, functional requirements, test cases.
  
• Proven ability to independently deliver on projects, also juggling multiple tasks.
  
• Knowledge and familiarity with business metrics and business operations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years experience in Systems Analysis and Requirements Development. Writing detailed software. Requirements specifications that describe functional, operational, technical and transitional requirements.
  

• Responsibility Project scheduling and setting the project priority.
  
• Interact with customer to understand their requirement. Fixing the boundaries for business process to be automated with management, customer Project Lead.
  
• Provide solutions to complex issues in a limited amount of time and under limited direction.
  
• Experience in developing visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design.
  
• Analysis of all Process Documents Reports, Preparing Documents like Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Business use case specifications, Business Rules and Software requirements specifications.
  
• Experience with supporting project using SDLC Methodology and/or Agile Methodology in a highly regulated environment.
  
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects, initiatives, and daily activities while ensuring the final product meets customer’s expectations within the defined Requirement Standards.
  
• Capable of working independently.
