The platform runs on Laravel, PostgreSQL, Stripe, PayPal, and Distance Matrix by Google.

About Recovery and Retreat
Recovery and Retreat is a web-based booking platform that connects wellness travelers with recovery facility providers around the globe. Travelers browse, filter, and save curated recovery houses in any city. Stays pair with activities such as yoga, meditation, and healthy exercise.
Before Recovery and Retreat, finding a post-surgical recovery stay or retreat in one step was difficult. Finding multiple services across separate websites was also time-consuming. Owners lacked a platform to list their services, since existing solutions had no basic listing feature.
Space-O Technologies built Recovery and Retreat around two roles: facility providers and travelers. Providers list properties and services for free, with images and videos, and manage bookings from a dashboard. Travelers filter stays, book in a few clicks, and pay by PayPal or cash.
How We Built Recovery and Retreat’s Booking Platform
The client partnered with Space-O Technologies to build a two-sided booking platform for recovery stays and retreats. Six core systems shaped the build.
Free Provider Listings and Onboarding
