Menus is a comprehensive food delivery platform designed for restaurant owners in Kuwait who manage multiple establishments with 2-3 branches each. The platform includes a customer-facing iOS app for convenient food ordering and delivery. It also provides administrative tools to manage operations across a three-tier business structure: Menus (umbrella level) → Individual Restaurants → Restaurant Branches.

Our solution addresses Kuwait’s unique area-based delivery pricing model while enabling centralized control and operational flexibility for each ocation.

Client’s Requirements

The restaurant owner approached Space-O Technologies, needing both a customer-facing food delivery app and comprehensive management tools for their expanding multi-restaurant business across Kuwait. Their existing manual processes were causing order delays and customer dissatisfaction, while drivers struggled with unclear priorities and coverage assignments.

The client required a complete ecosystem: a customer mobile app for menu browsing, ordering, and real-time order tracking; a driver app for delivery management; and centralized administrative tools for automated driver assignment, branch performance monitoring, and revenue tracking.
