Quality Analyst
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Manual Testing / Software Testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodology
- Experience in testing AI-assisted or rapidly developed codebases is a plus
- Good knowledge of test case design techniques
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Basic understanding of code structure and logic to review AI-generated flows
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
- Good analytical, debugging, and communication skills
- Experience in Automation Testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution
- Experience in testing AI-integrated applications
- Knowledge of Security & Performance Testing
- ISTQB certification is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
Understand business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Design and execute test cases and test scenarios for web and mobile applications
- Validate features developed using AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Copilot, etc.)
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing
- Review AI-generated code behavior from a quality and risk perspective
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA
- Work closely with developers to clarify issues and ensure proper fixes
- Perform API testing and basic database validation (SQL queries)
- Ensure test coverage for edge cases often missed in AI-generated code
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and release sign-offs
