Cliq Connection is a social networking platform where individuals with disabilities engage and build connections. This dating app focuses on building an inclusive community that encourages connections and mutual support among the members.
Requirements of Our Client
Our client wanted to develop a social networking platform with unique requirements that included:
- To develop an interface with high-contrast visuals to enhance usability for individuals with visual impairments.
- Integrate user-friendly touch commands for simplified navigation to make the platform accessible to individuals with visual and intellectual impairments.

The design and development team at Space-O Technologies understood the audience and used these advanced technologies to develop the Cliq Connection application within 4 months.
- For cross-platform app development on Android and iOS, we used Flutter. We used advanced features in Flutter like scalable font size, adjustable letter spacing, line height, and modes like high contrast, high saturation, and monochromatic to serve diverse user demands.
- For backend development, we used Laravel to build a robust and secure backend infrastructure that enables seamless user management, tackling challenges like accessibility for users with cognitive disabilities.
- To secure data storage and access, we used MySQL as a database.
- For user engagement and to build a scalable and real-time chat experience, we used Sendbird’s AI chatbot system that is powered by leading engines like OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Google Bard, and Sendbird’s custom Llama 2.
