Head of Organic Growth

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Head of Organic Growth to lead the company’s organic growth strategy across our service business and SaaS clients. This leadership role requires someone who can align SEO, content, AI Search Optimization, and team execution with measurable business outcomes including qualified leads, revenue growth, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with the Founder and Senior Leadership Team to build scalable growth systems and continuously improve existing processes.

Required Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience leading SEO and Organic Growth initiatives.
  

• 3–5+ years of experience managing and mentoring SEO/content teams.
  
• Experience growing both B2B SaaS and service-based businesses.
  
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content Strategy, Link Building, AI Search Optimization, CRO, and Analytics.
  
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GTM, and Looker Studio.
  
• Experience presenting KPIs and growth strategies to senior leadership.
  
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own and execute the company’s Organic Growth strategy.
  

• Lead SEO, content, backlink, and AI Search Optimization initiatives.
  
• Drive qualified leads, MQLs, SQLs, conversions, and revenue growth.
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Organic Growth team.
  
• Improve existing workflows, SOPs, and reporting processes.
  
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership.
  
• Monitor KPIs and provide strategic recommendations.
  
• Identify growth opportunities using data, automation, and AI.
