Client Requirements

A client from Saudi Arabia approached us with a vision to create a social cooking platform for the Gen Z market in the Middle East. The client needed a solution that would help users create recipes, manage ingredients efficiently, and reduce food waste while eliminating the clutter and advertisements found in existing recipe websites.

The project required an iOS mobile application with bilingual support for English and Arabic. Key features included robust social features for recipe sharing, intelligent ingredient management with shopping lists, and smooth video tutorial integration. Additionally, the client wanted multi-cuisine categorization, a comprehensive admin panel for content management, and a promotional website for platform visibility.

Solution We Developed

The app processes bilingual content efficiently while maintaining clean, ad-free recipe discovery experiences. Users can create and share their own recipes or engage with those of other users. Users with high engagement rates can be designated as “content creators” by the admin, thereby increasing their visibility on the social recipe-sharing platform.
