### Glovo Super-Admin and Operations Dashboard

Requirement:

The platform required centralized oversight of merchants, couriers, orders, regional performance, and platform-wide activity across a rapidly scaling global operation.

Solution:

To support this requirement, we developed an enterprise-grade admin dashboard that enables Glovo’s operations team to manage onboarded merchants and couriers, monitor order volumes and delivery success rates, configure pricing rules and service zones, handle customer support escalations, and access consolidated reporting across all markets. The dashboard provided the operational backbone needed to scale this multi-service delivery app from a Spanish startup to a $1.2B-funded global delivery platform.
