We have an interesting conversation with Seema Khatri (Customer Account Manager at Space-O) today on 8th April-2016 about what is the customer service? and how it plays an important role in this competitive mobile app development world?

Customer service relates to the service provided to customers before, during and after a purchase. A word “Service” itself says that the service to the customers.
This role empowers customers to say their dissatisfaction and complaints through the voice of Customer Account Manager.
My role is to give them the platform to speak about their problems and reassure them about their work and quality.

At Space-O, no matter a good number of Projects what all are ongoing or the size of the company but it matters a lot when it comes to a Customer service & satisfaction which is at the heart of our business core.
My first customer interaction with Space – O clients was really amazing. He was very cool, calm and supportive. He was only worried about the process that will be carried out at Space-O obviously because he was working with the offshore team for the first time and was bit anxious and curious as how the things will go down with him.
But, when I explained the process and methods, he was relaxed, and I was happy that at the end of the day I was able to put a smile on his face.
It was really fulfilling my experience.
The philosophy, I would say is “Our customer’s perception is our reality”.
This is an ongoing and evolving process and the key is to stick to your basics and deliver.
We believe in growing with our customers because if your customer is going to be successful you are bound to be successful.
