This Urder is an on-demand app that connects customers with stores and delivery partners in real-time.
Urder includes 4 app solutions such as:
- Customer app
- Store app
- Driver app
- Admin panel
This app has a feature of **U-go**, which enables you to send anything to anyone anywhere in your city. The client generates revenue by charging a commission on each transaction made through the platform. We have integrated Stripe as a payment gateway for digital payments.
This on-demand app solution is a convenient way for customers to get the products they need, and for stores and drivers to generate additional revenue.
## About Client and His Innovative App Idea
Based in Washington DC, USA, our client was working for one of the largest rideshare/delivery apps in the country.
He realized these two core challenges:
- Drivers depend on tips and don’t get paid enough to cover basic operational costs.
- Retailers pay high commissions just to be on the platform.
He wanted to create an online delivery solution that can address these challenges.
The client found us through Upwork while searching for the leading on-demand mobile app development company. Since we have a 99% success ratio and have developed **40 on-demand app solutions** he approached us.
He was specifically impressed by Glovo, an on-demand app designed and developed by us. Glovo became a Unicorn and has more than 50 million downloads. This gave him the confidence to work with us.

Our senior on-demand mobile app developers developed a multi-purpose app delivery solution using a technology stack like Stripe, Glide, Twilio, Retrofit, and Ruby-on-Rails to deliver a scalable product.
Considering his requirement, we developed:

## Challenges We Faced
The only challenge faced by our QA team was testing for the **timezone compatibility**. It’s important to ensure that the app’s features, such as scheduling and notifications, work properly regardless of the user’s location or time zone.
To resolve this, we used testing tools that simulate different time zones and geographic locations, as well as manual testing with real users in different regions.
