Odoo Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Odoo Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Python, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL, with a good understanding of Odoo architecture and ERP concepts. You will be responsible for end-to-end module development, integration, and performance optimization based on business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in Python and JavaScript.
  

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
  
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing Odoo modules.
  
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills in live environments.
  
• Familiarity with API integration for system connectivity.
  
• Experience working on multiple Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.
  
• Background in developing ERP systems from scratch or contributing to full-cycle ERP implementations.
  
• Experience in Odoo customization and building tailored solutions.
  
• Understanding of Odoo version upgrades and data migration strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test new Odoo modules and applications.
  

• Customize existing Odoo modules based on business requirements.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve functional and performance issues in Odoo apps.
  
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using RESTful APIs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Maintain clean, scalable, and efficient code aligned with best practices.
  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and developments.
  
• Ensure data integrity and optimal performance in Odoo databases.
